I just accidently stumbled upon "Man Seeking Man", how fortunate for me. Asko Sahlman is a genius in this hauntingly beautiful, realistic short film. Sahlman's every nuanced facial expression and body movement is sheer truth. We do not see acting but rather a real man in the midst of a life moment his self acceptance and decision have brought. The set adds to the lonliness and the photography is sublime. My heart still aches for this all too human man.
