Madame Sul-Te-Wan was born Nellie Conley on March 7th, in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. Her zodiac sign was Pisces.

She died on Sunday, February 1st, 1959 at the age of eighty-five (85) in Hollywood, California, United States.
