"Runaway" (also known as "Runaway - Spinnen des Todes") is a Science Fiction/Thriller/Crime film directed by Michael Crichton, released on December 14 of 1984 in the USA . Tom Selleck (Sgt. Jack R. Ramsay) and Cynthia Rhodes (Officer Karen Thompson) are starring, alongside Gene Simmons (Dr. Charles Luther), Kirstie Alley (Jackie Rogers), Stan Shaw (Sgt. Marvin James) and G.W. Bailey (Chief of Police).

As an actor, Stan Shaw acted in movies such as Cutthroat Island, released in 1995 in which he portrays Glasspoole, Fear (1990) in which he portrays Detective Webber, Tough Enough (1983) as P.T. (Paul Thomas) Coolidge, Houseguest (1995) portraying Larry, Harlem Nights (1989) playing Jack Jenkins, and Rocky (1976) as Dipper.

As an actor, Gene Simmons played in movies such as Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage, released in 2010, Trick or Treat (1986) (Nuke), Be Cool (2005), Wanted: Dead or Alive (1987) in which he plays Malak Al Rahim.
