Directed and written by Mike Hodges, "The Terminal Man" (also known as "Killer im Kopf, Der", "Uomo terminale, L'") is a Science Fiction/Thriller film, released in the USA on June 19 of 1974 , starring George Segal (Harry Benson), Joan Hackett (Dr. Janet Ross), Richard Dysart (Dr. John Ellis), Donald Moffat (Dr. Arthur McPherson), Michael C. Gwynne (Dr. Robert Morris) and William Hansen (Dr. Ezra Manon).

James Sikking and Mike Hodges (director) have also collaborated in Morons from Outer Space, released in 1985 in which James Sikking plays Col. Raymond Laribee, CIA. As an actor, James Sikking has been seen in movies such as The Pelican Brief, released in 1993 (character: FBI Director Denton Voyles), Capricorn One (1978) in which he plays Control Room man, Outland (1981) in which he plays Montone, Scorpio (1973) in which he portrays Harris, Fever Pitch (2005) playing Doug Meeks, and American Primitive (2008).

As an actor, George Segal played in movies such as The Mirror Has Two Faces, released in 1996 (Henry Fine), Look Who's Talking Now (1993) as Albert, The Babysitter (1995) portraying Bill Holsten, Fun with Dick and Jane (1977) as Dick Harper, Rollercoaster (1977) as Harry Calder, and Invitation to a Gunfighter (1964) as Matt Weaver.
