As an actor, Robert Forster acted in movies such as Alligator, released in 1980 playing David Madison, American Perfekt (1997) playing Jake Nyman, Psycho (1998) portraying Dr. Fred Simon, Firewall (2006) as Harry, Reflections in a Golden Eye (1967) playing Pvt. L.G. Williams, and Maniac Cop 3: Badge of Silence (1993) in which he portrays Dr. Powell.
