Hamilton Luske was an American director, and producer. Before directing Alice in Wonderland, he had directed Cinderella, released in 1950, So Dear to My Heart (1948), Melody Time (1948), Fun & Fancy Free (1947), Make Mine Music (1946), and The Reluctant Dragon (1941). Since, Hamilton Luske directed Peter Pan, released in 1953, Lady and the Tramp (1955), One Hundred and One Dalmatians (1961).
