Hello Mark, I knew you when you were a very small boy back in the sixties. Hope you are well. I knew your parents and you lived in Kensington at that time. Hope you and Simon are well. How is Lisa? Anne and Donovan were the names of your parents. Lots and lots of water has flowed under the bridge since those times. I do remember you as being a particularly smashing little boy, and I remember also your interest in the theatre and that you used to put on plays in your cardboard theatre.
